For our "Property & Buildings" division, we are looking for a

Project Manager Assistance to Project Ownership - AMO 80-100%

This position can be based at the Lausanne or Geneva office.

In this role, you will join a multidisciplinary team that embodies the core values of our company: solidarity, passion for complex and large-scale projects, innovation spirit, and friendliness.

As part of the expansion of our activities, we are looking for a passionate person to join our Project Management team.

You will be responsible for providing consulting and assistance services to project owners for complex and varied projects, mainly in French-speaking Switzerland.

YOUR NEW ROLE:

• Develop and manage large-scale real estate projects

• Strategically plan and monitor the execution of operations

• Coordinate the various stakeholders and parties involved

• Ensure compliance with quality, cost, and deadline objectives

• Write technical reports and project monitoring documents

• Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure project success

COULD IT BE YOU?

• Engineer or architect training

• Successful experience of at least 3 years in a similar role

• Autonomy, proactivity, and excellent interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage complex projects with rigor and a sense of responsibility

• Perfect mastery of French, good knowledge of English; German is an asset
