For our "Property & Buildings" division, we are looking for a
Project Manager Assistance to Project Ownership - AMO 80-100%
This position can be based at the Lausanne or Geneva office.
In this role, you will join a multidisciplinary team that embodies the core values of our company: solidarity, passion for complex and large-scale projects, innovation spirit, and friendliness.
As part of the expansion of our activities, we are looking for a passionate person to join our Project Management team.
You will be responsible for providing consulting and assistance services to project owners for complex and varied projects, mainly in French-speaking Switzerland.
YOUR NEW ROLE:
Develop and manage large-scale real estate projects
Strategically plan and monitor the execution of operations
Coordinate the various stakeholders and parties involved
Ensure compliance with quality, cost, and deadline objectives
Write technical reports and project monitoring documents
Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure project success
COULD IT BE YOU?
Engineer or architect training
Successful experience of at least 3 years in a similar role
Autonomy, proactivity, and excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to manage complex projects with rigor and a sense of responsibility
Perfect mastery of French, good knowledge of English; German is an asset
