- You are responsible for the correct calculation, administration, and consulting of social security contributions as well as labor and wage deductions within payroll
- You actively assist with the monthly payrolls, including the annual financial statements
- You ensure compliance with all legal requirements regarding social security and family allowances and are the contact person in this area
- You assist with the maintenance of SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and various other payroll modules including key user functions and user support
- You actively participate in cross-departmental HR projects to optimize processes and digitalization
- You have solid SAP knowledge (preferably SAP HCM) and ideally experience with SuccessFactors
- You have comprehensive knowledge of Swiss labor law, social security, withholding tax, and fringe benefits
- You bring several years of experience and work in a structured, responsible, and analytical manner
- You have a high IT affinity and experience in project management, especially in system implementations and process optimizations
- You are communicative, assertive, resilient, and work proactively and solution-oriented in a team
