Your tasks
- Management and maintenance of a client mandate with 3 locations in the Thurgau area including profit & loss responsibility
- Client-side contact person for questions at the tactical level
- Ensuring, reviewing and optimizing operational work processes as well as ensuring the service level through regular quality controls.
- Targeted organization of the basic contract, management of additional orders as well as ensuring data maintenance in the CAFM system
- Management of 3 directly subordinate employees as well as overall responsibility for around 150 employees
- Independent recruitment of cleaning staff
- Ensuring and conducting instructions and training of employees according to the internal training concept
- Management of material, machine and equipment orders as well as associated inventory management
- Participation in internal Santé development and digitization projects
- Active shaping of regional further development with a focus on sales and market expansion
- Various administrative tasks
Your profile
- Completed basic training, preferably in the cleaning sector
- Completed further training as a department head in hotel management/housekeeping or equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience in a similar field, preferably in healthcare and/or hospitality
- Proven leadership experience and hands-on mentality
- Personable, communicative and solution-oriented personality with a strong sense of organization and coordination
- Service-oriented and independent working style with the necessary overall view
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- MS Office user skills
- Willingness to travel
