THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL DO WITH US:
- You independently and responsibly manage the financial accounting of several pension institutions.
- You handle payment transactions, ensure the quality and accuracy of financial data through regular reconciliations, and prepare annual financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER 26.
- You are a central and competent contact person for the audit offices.
- In close cooperation with your colleagues from the pension fund administration, you ensure a smooth process.
- You actively contribute to the automation and digitization of our accounting processes and bring in your own ideas.
THIS IS HOW YOU SUCCEED:
- You have completed commercial training as well as specialized further education in the field of finance and accounting and/or fiduciary services.
- You have experience in managing financial accounting (final and balance sheet secure) and experience in foundation accounting for pension institutions.
- You consider yourself digitally savvy, have advanced Excel skills, and ideally have already worked with Abacus.
