- Handling all secretarial work (correspondence, mail processing) especially in the areas of dogs and health
- Providing information and advising customers (phone/counter)
- Invoicing for all areas of the Secretariat Security and Health
- Checking mandatory health insurance obligation / compulsory assignments / exemptions
- Administration of shooting matters
- Administrative support for the swimming pool
- Maintenance of the cemetery
Your profile
- Commercial training, preferably in public administration
- Current PC user skills and confident linguistic expression
- Flair for networked thinking and acting
- Good communication skills, independence, resilience, flexibility
- Sense of responsibility
- Teamwork and loyalty
