We are looking for you as a Technical Project Planner (a) / Customer Solution Engineer (CSE) German-speaking Switzerland at our location in Brüttisellen as soon as possible.
Your role
As a Customer Solution Engineer, you are the technical project planner for our customer solutions in the elevator systems sector. You plan projects together with our customers and internal interfaces, combining technical expertise with innovative thinking to meet the high standards of safety, efficiency, and sustainability. You work closely with internal specialist departments as well as international teams in the supply chain. This position is aimed at technically trained professionals – motivated career changers are also welcome.
Your tasks with us
You provide technical advice to our customers and develop solutions according to applicable standards, regulations, and environmental standards.
You support sales with complex offers, non-standardized tenders, and modernization projects.
You take on technical project management: project elaboration, scheduling, coordination of interfaces, and ensuring costs and feasibility.
You create and edit construction plans for elevator systems using AutoCAD 2D.
You perform on-site measurements in the German-speaking part of Switzerland (day trips).
You work closely with international engineering teams and suppliers and ensure technical quality and timely implementation.
What you bring
Completed technical training EFZ, e.g., as a draftsman EFZ / mechanical engineering draftsman EFZ / polymechanic EFZ with CAD/office experience or draftsman EFZ specializing in civil engineering or architecture
Possibly further training as a technician HF (mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or building technology) / certified technician HF construction planning or a degree as an engineer FH in mechanical engineering, or equivalent training
Very good AutoCAD 2D skills are mandatory
Experience with SAP is an advantage.
Experience in calculation, planning, and technical elaboration of solutions – ideally in an industrial environment or in the elevator industry.
Native German speaker, preferably Swiss German. Very good knowledge of Swiss German is essential.
English skills at level B2 are required.
Good French skills are an advantage.
Technical understanding, structured and independent working style.
Customer-oriented thinking, analytical skills, and organizational talent.
Understanding of local regulations, standards, and industrial standards.
A valid Swiss work permit is mandatory for foreigners.
