Reception and triage of our walk-in patients
Coordination of daily practice operations and appointment management
Handling patient inquiries by phone and email
Management and maintenance of patient data
What you bring
Training as an MPA or FaGe, ideally further training as a medical secretary
Good IT skills (MS Office, Outlook)
Flexibility for shift work and weekend assignments
Strong organizational skills, reliability, accuracy, as well as an independent and structured way of working
High level of customer orientation, friendly demeanor, and good communication skills
Sense of responsibility and discretion
Very good German skills, good English skills, additional languages are an advantage
