You will lead a team of three employees at the Wädenswil location and simultaneously manage your own client portfolio independently.
Your Tasks
- Responsible for sales and results in the areas of investments, financing, financial advisory, and basic services
- Planning, organizing, and conducting the consulting and support of clients in your own area
- Participating in the sales leadership team of the branch group and taking on subprojects in the market area
- Promoting and further developing your three employees
- Representing the local bank in the Wädenswil catchment area
- Collaborating with the growth partner Private Banking as well as with the corporate client teams to exploit potential
Your Profile
- Motivation and enthusiasm to achieve excellent performance with your team and reach ambitious growth targets
- You score with your trustworthy, dynamic, and customer-oriented manner
- Many years of experience in serving wealthy private clients
- Solid knowledge in all sales-relevant topics (investments, financing, succession, pension, and taxes)
- Completed banking training or equivalent education
- Further education is an advantage (e.g., HFBF, FA Financial Planner, Bachelor in Banking & Finance)
