Job description
For the Les Tilleuls residence, a 55-bed EMS hosting people suffering from mental disorders,
the steward coordinates and ensures the smooth running and quality of cleaning and laundry services as well as catering in collaboration with the kitchen (Eldora) to provide residents and their families with the best possible quality of services. They delegate tasks and largely perform administrative work related to personnel management.
Profile sought
Federal diploma in stewardship management
Team management certificate would be a plus
Experience in geriatrics or psychogeriatrics and team management
Knowledge of laws, regulations, and standards in force within EMS
Good knowledge of computer tools, especially PEP and SADIES
