• Advising and supporting our (new) customers in close cooperation with the fiduciary team
• Analyzing customer requirements and developing solution concepts with the Abacus financial and personnel applications
• Independently implementing Abacus projects
• Ensuring daily support
• Creating instructions as well as organizing and conducting webinars and training sessions for our Abacus users
THIS IS HOW YOU SUCCEED
• Degree in business informatics (HF, FH, UNI) or equivalent education
• You have a good business understanding and recognize customer needs
• In-depth Abacus knowledge and high IT affinity
• Team player who convinces with a service- and solution-oriented working style
• Confident German in spoken and written form, English is an advantage
• You value sustainable business relationships and convince our customers both professionally and personally
