Your Tasks
- You are responsible for the goal-oriented leadership of the team, ensuring quality as well as personnel planning and promotion of employees
- You support the co-development of the commercial space teams in the assigned branch and ensure professional guidance
- You are responsible for market-compliant management and maintenance of the real estate portfolio consisting of commercial spaces
- You advise owners and tenants, prepare and negotiate complex contracts, and manage the facility managers
- You are responsible for ensuring, executing, and accompanying maintenance as well as periodic condition assessments including reporting
- You develop and manage the annual budget including forecasts and control the coding of creditors
- You issue repair and renovation orders and monitor their execution
- You monitor the current rent policy and advise property owners on rent setting
- You carry out lease contract changes, rent adjustments, and indexed rent adjustments
Your Profile
- You have a Federal Certificate of Competence in Real Estate Management or a Federal Diploma in Real Estate Trust
- You bring many years of professional experience in the real estate industry, have specialized knowledge in commercial spaces as well as construction and marketing knowledge
- Your native language is German and you can communicate advantageously in other languages both orally and in writing
- You possess empathy and the ability to deliver top performance together as a team
- You think and act entrepreneurially and enjoy helping shape Livit
- You live the values of customer orientation, communicate professionally, and enjoy interacting with people
- You have high social and self-competence with the ability for self-management
- You are digitally savvy, have self-learning competence, and enjoy sharing your knowledge
