In January 2026, Senevita Birsgarten will open in Reinach/BL. We offer a total of 88 care places (22 protected units), 52 apartments for assisted living, and a restaurant in an idyllic location with very good public transport connections. We are looking for a motivated and team-oriented personality from January 1, 2026 as

Actively shape our new operation and your team.
You will play a key role in implementing the processes to establish services and quality at the highest level. You can expect a new and modern working environment, as well as the opportunity to sustainably shape and influence your team and the home for our residents.
Your Tasks
- Preparing the mise en place for smooth service operations
- Advising, serving, and providing professional service to our guests
- Handling cash register operations in the restaurant (TCPOS)
- Independently managing the catering service for our residents (preparing breakfast, lunch, and dinner + service)
- Independent breakfast service
- Serving meals in the restaurant, care units, and room service in the apartments
- Co-responsible for compliance with hygiene regulations
What We Expect
- Training as a restaurant employee, service staff, or restaurant specialist (EFZ)
- You speak good German and understand Swiss German dialect
- Experience in serving food and beverages
- You have good manners and a high understanding of elderly and sick people
- Willingness to work on weekends, Sundays, and public holidays
