About the job
For our business unit "Weighing & Instrument Components" (MTWIC), which is leading in the industrialization and production of laboratory scales and other high-resolution gravimetric instruments, terminals, MFR force sensors, and circuit boards for the entire MT group, we are looking for a committed and independent operator 100% (all genders). In this role, you will take on the following tasks: Productive work in electronics manufacturing, springing and equipping components, setting up and operating all production equipment, monitoring placement, checking component assignment and orientation, troubleshooting, cleaning tasks and operating material control, compliance with safety and quality guidelines, ensuring smooth operational daily business, monitoring workflows according to work instructions, timely and appropriate communication in case of deviations, developing improvement proposals (CIP) and assisting in implementation.
