Spitex Region Kreuzlingen is a non-profit organization. With around 125 employees at three locations, we fulfill the service mandate for eleven political municipalities. The city of Kreuzlingen, as well as the municipalities of Altnau, Berlingen, Bottighofen, Ermatingen, Gottlieben, Langrickenbach, Lengwil, Münsterlingen, Salenstein and Tägerwilen, are our catchment area.

Certified Nursing Specialist HF 30-80%
A role that involves organization, decisiveness, willingness to take responsibility, confident appearance, ability to analyze, reflect and synthesize in a process-oriented manner and is really fun and meaningful.
You bring with you:
- a completed training as a nursing specialist at HF level or a comparable SRK-recognized qualification
- willingness to take responsibility to contribute to the development and design of outpatient care at the highest professional level.
- social and communicative strength
- reliability to professionally support complex care situations with your expertise and in the interdisciplinary team.
- confident handling of electronic work tools (Perigon is our tool)
- driver's license category B and own car
- joy in working together with your team and sticking together through thick and thin
Your future tasks include:
- basic and treatment care for clients at home
- advice and support for relatives
- interdisciplinary collaboration with complementary services
- case management and Inter-Rai HC
- possible specialization in dementia or palliative care
