What you can achieve

- You provide advisory support for claims processing – whether it concerns questions about the obligation to provide benefits under KVG and VVG or other social insurances.
- With precise work instructions and practical tools, you ensure efficient claims processing.

- Whether authorities, insured persons, or service providers: You always strike the right tone.
What distinguishes you
- Training as a pharmacy specialist or a completed degree in pharmacy
- A federal specialist certificate as a social insurance specialist or willingness to obtain it after starting the position
- Several years of professional experience in the claims area of a health or social insurance
- Knowledge of the relevant coordination regulations and tariffs
- Native German speaker – knowledge of French or Italian is a plus
