To strengthen our team, we are looking for an immediate or agreed upon start for a

Clerk Production Planning 80% - 100%

• Creation and planning of production and assembly orders
• Recording customer orders including contract review, batch sizes, and prices
• Active coordination of delivery dates with customers
• Monitoring deadlines for delivery orders as well as production and assembly orders
• Optimization and data maintenance in ERP (articles, bills of materials, production plans)
• Coordination and alignment of activities with adjacent departments

• Completed technical or commercial training
• Professional experience in production or disposition planning, ideally in an industrial environment
• Further training as a process specialist or technical commercial specialist is an advantage
• Communicative and IT-affine personality with enjoyment of direct customer contact
• Very good German and English skills
• Committed, independent, and efficient working style
