We are looking for a
Team Leader Building Cleaning 100% starting December 1, 2025 or by arrangement
The Merian Iselin Clinic is a state-of-the-art private clinic with a public service mandate in Basel. Our focus areas are orthopedics, surgery, and urology. With us, you will find meaningful work in a family environment where people are at the center.
Your main tasks
- Responsible for the professional, organizational, and personnel management of a team of 9 people
- Active collaboration and support of the team in daily operations
- Active contribution to the continuous improvement of work processes
- Ensuring order and cleanliness throughout the clinic as well as in all affiliated institutes
- Handling administrative tasks related to the area of responsibility
Your profile
- Training as a building cleaner EFZ with several years of experience
- Leadership experience and/or willingness to develop it
- High quality and sense of responsibility
- Good organizational skills, flexibility, and resilience
- High social competence and very good communication skills
- Ability to think networked and act solution-oriented and innovatively
