The Portfolio & Solution Delivery Sales Platform area is responsible for portfolio management as well as the implementation and operation of the sales applications of Zürcher Kantonalbank.
We support the interaction between sales staff and customers through digital channels and applications. In doing so, we constantly simplify the everyday work of our sales staff in the areas of customer care, sales, and customer service – always keeping users and customers in focus.
The DevOps team "Unicorn Crew" accompanies the continuous development of our consulting tools BBV Touch. This tool has been successfully used for several years for our private and corporate customers and is continuously expanded. For this dedicated team, we are looking for a motivated personality who takes on both the role of Product Owner and the responsibility for the specialist area. Your tasks
- Representing the Agile team "Unicorn Crew" in ART events
- Early placement of new features & stories in other implementation channels
- Content development of features involving the Product Manager and the Agile team
- Responsibility for compliance with the Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD) at both feature and story level
- Close collaboration with other POs, Business Engineers, UX experts, specialists, developers, IT architecture, and product management
- Creating the detailed feature concept and specification with all necessary documentation and testing the created release from a professional perspective
- Responsibility for the functional and non-functional requirements of the IT system and ensuring that the maintenance and operation of the IT systems are carried out according to internal guidelines and instructions
- Identifying, assessing, and monitoring risks (e.g., financial, legal, or operational risks)
- Supporting Business Engineers as a close contact person and assisting them in their development
Your profile
- University or technical college degree in computer science, business informatics, or a similar field
- At least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner / Business Engineer, ideally in banking
- Experience in agile projects and certification in Business Engineering (e.g., IREB) and Product Owner (e.g., SAFe)
- Strong technical understanding, as well as analytical and conceptual skills with high IT affinity
- Enjoyment in coordination and the ability to maintain an overview even in stressful times are required
- Dynamic, engaging, and integrative personality with a hands-on mentality, who places great value on quality with a quick grasp
- Open-minded, empathetic, and team-oriented personality
- Convincing communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in German
