Your tasks - your passion:

121 rooms | 2 spa areas over 1,800 m2 | many regular guests & YOU!

Organization, coordination, and leadership of the 14-member service team
Recruitment of new employees, conducting interviews and selection
Feedback and employee discussions, motivation and team development
Scheduling, training, and professional as well as personal development of the team
Ensuring warm hospitality for our international guests within the framework of half-board
Inventory control and supply of outlets with wine and other beverages
Monitoring of goods usage, inventories, and operating costs
Purchasing, supplier management, price negotiations, and resource optimization
Programming/configuration of the Gastronovi POS system: item maintenance, workflows, interfaces, layouts, and automations
Ensuring consistent implementation of all operational standards as well as hygiene regulations according to HACCP
Creation and control of daily seating plans for the half-board restaurant
Writing duty rosters with the Mirus software

Your profile – what sets you apart:

Completed vocational training as a restaurant specialist or similar qualification
Professional and specialist experience in a comparable position is required
An engaged and independent working style
Warmth, confident appearance, and polished manners
You also recognize the unspoken needs of guests
Very good German skills, confident communication skills in English
Creativity should not be a foreign word - WE are open to new things
