To strengthen our Animalia team, which offers our clients quality services in insurance for dogs and cats, we are looking for a Claims Manager at 80-100% (m/f/x). The first 2 months of training take place in our offices in Bern (for people living far away, financial assistance is provided for accommodation and expenses). Afterwards, you can work at the nearest Vaudoise Assurances agency to your home or in our offices in Bern and Lausanne.
The various tasks awaiting you:
- Sort and prioritize incoming mail
- Manage files independently and proactively until their settlement, including: opening claims files, analyzing facts, requesting additional documents or supporting evidence in case of incomplete declarations, examining coverage and calculating the amount of benefits due, and finally issuing the payment order
- Answer client questions (written or oral) about reimbursed and/or non-reimbursed benefits
- Be in contact with our veterinary advisor and veterinary offices or clinics

We are looking for a person holding a Federal Diploma of Vocational Education and Training (CFC) as a veterinary medical assistant and a native French speaker with knowledge of German (min. B1).
