HR Manager m/f/d (70%)

• Responsibility for the entire personnel administration, employment contract management as well as onboarding and offboarding processes
• Implementation and compliance with labor law and internal regulations
• Collaboration with the central HR department of the Senevita Group (payroll processing)
• Support of department heads in personnel matters
• Advising supervisors/employees in social security and labor law matters
• Recruitment in cooperation with the responsible supervisors/management and taking over the application administration
• Contact with various authorities and offices
• Providing evaluations, key figures, and statistics

• Completed training as a personnel assistant or HR specialist (federal certificate)
• Several years of professional experience, preferably in the healthcare sector
• Very good knowledge of the MS Office suite as well as generally IT-savvy (Business Central / Swiss Salary / rexx / Pep / UKA)
• Independent, structured, and service-oriented working style
• High social competence and discretion
