Your tasks
- Consulting and supporting our customers from appointment scheduling to vehicle handover
- Creating damage calculations and cost estimates
- Recording and processing workshop orders up to invoicing
- Processing damage reports, clarifications with insurance companies and experts
- Responsible for smooth warranty processing
- Initiating appropriate repair measures and monitoring deadlines
- Checking the completeness and quality of the work performed
Your profile
- Completed basic automotive training in the field of bodywork or workshop
- Several years of professional experience in customer service and commercial training is an advantage
- Strong communication skills, pleasant manners and customer-oriented appearance
- High commitment, teamwork and flexibility
- Organizational talent, resilience as well as networked and solution-oriented thinking and acting
- Experience with Mercedes-Benz is an advantage
