- You independently operate the assigned printing machines according to the scheduling specifications, working efficiently and with quality awareness
- You record production and quality data in the B2 system and consistently adhere to ISO 9001 standards
- You check the provided materials and ensure everything is complete and correct
- You work according to the specified SLA sequences and ensure a smooth production process
- You independently resolve minor disruptions; for major problems, you inform the shift supervisor
- Cleanliness, safety, and order at your machine are a matter of course for you
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training as a print technologist or equivalent several years of professional experience in the printing environment
- Technical understanding as well as precise, reliable, and independent working style
- Willingness to work in 2- to 3-shift operations
- Pragmatic and solution-oriented approach, even under high workload or time pressure
- Good collaboration skills, even in diverse teams
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
