You bring with you:
- Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
- High sense of responsibility, empathy, strong powers of observation
- Openness and tolerance towards people of all ages and cultures
- Good German skills in spoken and written form (at least level B2), understanding of Swiss German
- Driver's license category B or enjoyment of cycling
Your tasks:
- Individual care and support of our clients with body care, dressing, and meals
- Carrying out medical-technical tasks (e.g., blood sugar control, insulin injections)
- Administration of medication
- Individual assistance in daily life organization and household management
- Recognizing, promoting, and maintaining the individual resources of our clients
- Communication with relatives and professional agencies
- Taking on roles such as duty planning, deployment planning, accompanying employees in the autonomous team
Spitex Chur
Every 40th resident of Chur is a client with us. We are active daily with 330 clients. With around 150 employees, we are the largest Spitex organization in the canton of Graubünden and provide care and support services for people so that they can live independently in their familiar environment despite age- or illness-related limitations.
