What you achieve:
- Independent execution, documentation, and processing of requests for service assessment according to legal regulations on-site and remotely, willingness to travel

- In addition to a successfully completed training as a certified nurse (HF/FH), you bring several years of experience in the Spitex area, including case management
- Your confident handling of RAI-HC and needs assessments, your solid knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), as well as your negotiation skills and assertiveness complete your profile
- You communicate fluently in Italian and German, both orally and in writing; French is a plus
