Job Description
We are looking for a committed nursing assistant or nursing assistant (m/f/d) to start immediately or by arrangement, who, in addition to a passion for nursing, also bring experience in the hotel industry. Support our team in the family department to ensure the best possible care for our patients – with heart, professionalism, and an eye for service quality. Become part of our motivated team and actively shape the daily work routine and quality of care.
Your tasks:
- Support the nursing staff with basic care and patient support.
- Take over the daily patient service.
- Promote the well-being of patients through a service-oriented approach.
- Professional and friendly interaction with patients, doctors, relatives, and colleagues.
Qualifications
- Completed training as a nursing assistant or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of professional experience in an acute hospital.
- Experience in the hotel or hospitality industry, ideally combined with knowledge in nursing and care.
- Strong service orientation, organizational talent, and attention to detail.
- Empathetic and warm personality with joy in dealing with people.
- Willingness to work shifts (early, middle, and late shifts), weekends, and holidays.
