Regional Sales Manager for French-speaking Switzerland (m/f) 100%
Your mission:
The regional sales manager for French-speaking Switzerland provides optimal management of the customer portfolio, ensuring their follow-up, loyalty, and development, while acquiring new customers.
He/she implements the market treatment concept (FBP) and participates in structuring the sales sectors. He/she contributes to defining turnover objectives as well as developing cost proposals.
Our expectations for this mission:
- Actively participate in the division's monthly meetings (Field Sales Management-Meetings)
- Prepare and lead regional sales sessions
- Personal contact with the 50 most important clients in the assigned region
- Report monthly to the Field Sales Director on the activities of his/her agency
- Promote, support, control, and correct the implementation of market treatment practices with the external sales team
- Ensure the cohesion of tasks and information transmission of his/her external sales team in terms of quality, quantity, economic rationality, and within deadlines
- Participate in monthly turnover budgets (agency / sales representatives)
- Ensure through the MbO process (management by objectives) that turnover targets are met and operating costs respected
Your strengths and skills:
- Solid experience in sales as well as in managing direct employee teams (B2B, depending on the sector)
- Responsibility for turnover, margins, and budget
- Strategic sales planning (territory strategies, market development, sales forecasts)
- Customer development and loyalty
- Price and contract negotiations at the decision-making level
- Experience using CRM systems as well as data-driven commercial management
- Good understanding of KPIs, sales funnels, and pipeline management
- Market and competition analysis
- Knowledge of German: a major asset
