Your mission :

• Technical development of projects
• Drawing of technical elements
• Development of SIA phases 41-51 (technical drawing, preparation of bids)
• Technical and financial monitoring of phase 52 construction sites

Your profile :

• Training as a HES landscape architect, DPLG with at least 3 years of site experience
• Training as an ES-T landscape technician
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a design office or landscaping company
• Training as a landscape draftsman, a plus
• Ability to develop a project in its technical aspect: construction rules, execution, financial monitoring
• Interest and aptitude for work related to public space and planning
• Motivated and autonomous person with initiative, wishing to take responsibilities, capable of organizing their work
• Proficiency in drawing software (ArchiCAD, AutoCAD), Adobe suite, Office (Excel, Word)
• Knowledge of the Baubit pro tool would be an asset
• Fluency in spoken and written French, writing skills (German and/or English are assets)
• Good knowledge of professional standards and regulations
