Your Tasks
- Accompanying and promoting the children in everyday life as well as supporting them in mastering their developmental tasks
- Promoting and caring for two reference children
- Planning, organizing, and conducting regular conversations with the children, parents, and guardians within the framework of the reference person work
- Maintaining documentation in the case management system
- Shaping the team and group process
- Participation in winter sports and summer camps
Your Profile
- Completed training in social pedagogy FH or HF
- Team, conflict, and reflection skills
- Stable and resilient personality with a positive view of people and healthy assertiveness
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work night, evening, and weekend shifts
