You rock this
- You are the first point of contact in 1st-level support and ensure satisfied employees at our three locations with your friendly manner.
- With your technical know-how and solution-oriented approach, you support the 2nd-level support.

- You also participate in the monthly support visits to the external locations.

- You mainly work at the helpdesk but are also ready for flexible deployments and evening maintenance windows.
You can do this and this is how you are

- You also have a category B driving license – because with us, you are sometimes on the move.
- You like to work independently and in a structured way, and thanks to your quick comprehension, you quickly recognize complex connections.

What we offer
- A secure and meaningful job.

- Good social benefits, allowances, and a starting salary between 72,790 and 80,880 Swiss francs (at 100% workload) – depending on how full your backpack already is with knowledge and experience.
- And and and… check here to see what else there is.
