Your mission:
In this position, you combine strategic thinking with operational implementation, independently design content and communication projects, and work closely with international and local stakeholders. You are also responsible for visual brand management and ensure the highest graphic quality.
What you can achieve with us:
- Responsibility for the Marketing & Communications area of Lyreco Switzerland
- Development and implementation of the national marketing and communication strategy in
- alignment with group-wide guidelines
- Ensuring consistent brand management and targeted storytelling across all relevant touchpoints (omni-channel).
- Responsibility for the annual marketing planning including implementation, budget control, and success monitoring.
- Leadership and development of a creative, efficient, and customer-oriented marketing team
- Definition and management of the content roadmap including performance management and KPI reporting.
- Leadership, coaching, and development of employees in the Marketing & Communications area.
- Close coordination with Digital Marketing, Category Management, Sales, HR, and Sustainability.
Your superpowers and achievements:
- At least 8 years of professional experience in marketing or corporate communications, including 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience in integrated marketing planning and cross-channel content management
- Solid editorial skills and experience in creating texts and communication content
- Knowledge of brand management, graphic control, and project management
- Understanding of digital channels, SEO, social media, and analytics.
- Experience in B2B or retail environment with reference to e-commerce is an advantage
- Very good German skills, good English skills; French is an advantage
