What to expect
- In this role, you will take on the further development and coordination of deals and major promotions in close collaboration with marketing and the category management teams
- You drive performance controlling and the further development of promotion reporting and pass on your know-how in training and coaching within Commercial in a targeted manner
- You act as a sparring partner for business and marketing and ensure a modern, transparent flow of information within the team and with adjacent departments
- You promote the professional development of category marketing managers and coordinate closely with the marketing team as well as other teams, departments, and committees to ensure successful cross-departmental collaboration
What you bring
- You bring several years of experience in category management teams, marketing, and/or project management
- At least 5 years of experience in e-commerce, solid knowledge of relevant performance levers, and great interest in new processes and technologies
- Sound knowledge of the market, market analyses, and market developments as well as a high affinity and a pronounced sense for numbers and analyses
- An agile, implementation-strong, and solution-oriented personality with very good, open communication skills who enjoys development as an ambitious team player
