Who we are
In our institution, we offer people with disabilities a home where they feel comfortable and receive individual support. Our residents live in shared apartments in Acherli or in the immediate neighborhood and receive support from us to achieve their personal goals and wishes. A central place for togetherness is our in-house kitchen with a self-service restaurant - open year-round for our residents and accessible to external guests from Monday to Friday as well.

What to expect
- Preparation of up to 160 lunch and 90 dinner meals as part of a team
- Working in an open kitchen, deliberately integrated in the center of our residential complex
- Participation in all areas of the kitchen: hot/cold kitchen, prep work, dishwashing, cleaning
- Active involvement in menu planning with your own ideas
- Assistance with food distribution at the self-service buffet
- Completed training as a Cook EFZ
- Enjoyment in working with people with and without disabilities
- Team spirit, flexibility, and motivation
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
- Solid computer user skills
- Independent, reliable, and committed working style
- Passion for cooking and desire to prepare fresh, balanced meals daily
- Openness, appreciation, and empathy in dealing with our residents and the team
- Careful introduction to your new work environment

- Regular working hours without on-call hours (1 weekend shift per month)
