Job Description

• You will work at multiple sites between Moutier and Saint-Imier Hospitals
• You ensure the reception and orientation of patients.
• You manage telephone duty and message taking.
• You provide ENT care and examinations (VNG, audiometry, various tests, etc.) and assist doctors during specific treatments.
• You handle administrative tasks related to the practice.

Qualifications

• You hold a Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as a medical assistant.
• You have at least one year of prior experience in a practice.
• Experience in ENT is a plus.
• You are naturally friendly and open, with a constant concern to offer a welcoming and respectful reception and care to patients.
• You demonstrate flexibility and versatility to support doctors in carrying out routine and exceptional activities.
• You show rigor and good priority management, allowing you to cope with constantly evolving activity.
• You have a good team spirit and the desire to grow in an environment that values collegiality.
