Your Challenge
- Operation of building technology systems
- Execution or organization of repair and maintenance work on building technical systems and facilities
- Carrying out technical inspection rounds
- Co-responsibility for smooth maintenance of building technology (HVACSE)
- Supervision and review of services by subcontractors
- Vacancy management
- Documentation in the CAFM system (Computer Aided Facility Management)
- On-call duty
- Workplace in the heart of Zurich
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training as a building technician in the HVACSE area or maintenance specialist with technical flair or as a maintenance technician
- Impeccable reputation
- Driver's license category B
- Resilient, flexible, and reliable personality
- Independent and service-oriented working style
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and PC applications
- Good German skills in spoken and written form, English skills are an advantage
- Sense of safety, cleanliness, and openness complete your profile
