To ensure timely payroll processing and the further development of the HR management area in IT, we are looking for a

Payroll Specialist with IT Project Experience 80 - 100 %

• You are responsible for the timely processing of the monthly salaries for the entire company.
• You process sickness, accident, and social insurance daily allowances and handle family allowances, withholding tax, and pension fund mutations.
• You ensure that the monthly time recording is correctly billed.
• You participate in year-end closing tasks and HR-specific projects.
• You create evaluations and statistics and conduct personnel controlling.
• You support the HR management area in upcoming IT projects.

• You have completed basic training as a commercial clerk and further specialized training in HR, payroll/finance, or social insurance.
• You bring proven several years of practical professional experience in payroll of a larger SME or a public transport company.
• You are a trustworthy and independent personality with a quick grasp.
• You have confident German language skills in spoken and written form.
• You have a high IT affinity and are proficient in MS Office.
• You bring IT project experience from the HR management area.
