We are looking for an Inside Sales Specialist OEM (m/f/d) starting March 2026 to complement our team, strengthen our sales activities in mechanical engineering through market-appropriate offers, analysis, market development, and application know-how, thereby creating real added value.

Our team is responsible worldwide for the business development of OEM customers. We are looking for a motivated person to support us in diverse tasks, both operational and strategic.
What tasks will you take on?
You will:
- prepare customer- and application-specific offers in coordination with the sales team.
- analyze sales figures, margins, and market statistics and derive recommendations for action.
- work in collaboration with a broad network such as order processing, logistics, research & development, product management to take on various tasks to support the development of our customers.
- support market research, marketing measures, and market development.
- identify improvement potentials in sales processes and actively implement optimizations.
What do we expect from you?
You:
- have a technical basic education or a commercial basic education with technical further training.
- are confident in using MS Office (very good Excel skills) and ideally know SAP and Salesforce (CRM).
- are characterized by strong teamwork skills and an independent working style – central success factors of the role.
- are fluent in spoken and written German and English.
- ideally bring experience in international sales or marketing and come from a technical-industrial environment.
- communicate clearly and can convey technical content understandably.
