The Zug Cantonal Hospital is dedicated to the health of the population of the canton of Zug and the surrounding regions. Around 1200 employees, including 180 in training and further education, work in various areas. Every year, we treat and care for over 11,500 inpatient and over 70,000 outpatient patients. More than 27,500 people are treated annually in the interdisciplinary emergency center.

For our General Department of the Medical Clinic with integrated Stroke Unit, we are looking for a Nursing Specialist HF as of August 1, 2026, or by arrangement.

Your Tasks

Planning, designing, and documenting nursing care
Care and monitoring of our patients as well as performing diagnostic and therapeutic measures in the medical nursing ward and the Stroke Unit
Support and supervision of trainees and students
Responsibility for result-oriented interprofessional and interdisciplinary collaboration with the teams of Medicine, Neurology, Therapies, Patient Counseling, Nutritional Counseling, Radiology, and Emergency Center

Your Profile

Diploma as Nursing Specialist HF or FH
Completed monitoring care course or willingness to complete it
High professional and social competence
Strong affinity for medical technology
