GAV: Our employment conditions are basically based on the collective labor agreement (GAV) for the staff of Bernese hospitals and clinics.
Culinary: Our kitchens in Burgdorf and Langnau largely work with seasonal, healthy, and local products. Employees benefit from a discount and can indulge themselves with a diverse buffet selection. Microwaves for self-brought food are also available.
