About the job
- After your training, you will be responsible together with your co-holder for the operational area in the Oberbipp silo, including leading 1-2 employees and actively working in the operation
- Independent operation and further development of the modern silo system
- Acceptance, cleaning, drying, storage, and removal of grain and oilseeds
- Quality assurance (laboratory work and storage monitoring)
- Organizational and administrative tasks in the grain center
- Cleaning, maintenance, and repair work
- Completed training in the agricultural sector and/or experience in plant management and process control
- With your organizational talent, communication skills, and commitment, you contribute profitably to a small team
- Independent, resilient, and physically robust, you are ready to work irregular hours during seasonal harvest peaks, including Saturdays, Sundays, and night shifts
- Outgoing, friendly, team- and customer-oriented
- Manual skills and technical abilities
- You have MS Office and IT knowledge
- Responsible and varied activity in a modern and lively operation
