The Weingarten Olten retirement and nursing home is an operation of the Olten citizen community and offers around 70 elderly and care-dependent people professional care and nursing, which is individually oriented to the needs of the residents.
We are looking for a motivated personality immediately or by arrangement for:
Health Professional or Certified Nursing Specialist HF Night Shift 40 – 100%
Your tasks:
- You take over the night shift responsibility and work a few days a month also in the day team, for example in the late shift for integration and team belonging
- Ensuring high-quality care of the residents
- Calm, prudent action, especially in emergencies
- Professional handling of the infrastructure and correct implementation of concepts and measures
What we wish for:
- Completed training as a Health Professional EFZ or Certified Nursing Specialist HF
- Preferably experience in the long-term care sector
- High empathy and assertiveness
- Independent, responsible work organization
- Team and cooperation skills
- Current professional knowledge to ensure quality-conscious and professional care of our residents
- Experience with common IT programs
- High social, professional, and action competencies
- Good German skills in spoken and written form
