Responsibilities
Take responsibility: You independently and confidently lead the department by ensuring the quality of care according to our mission statement
Efficient use of resources: You ensure the economical use of staff and guarantee optimal scheduling
Quality assurance: You ensure that the nursing service mandate is fulfilled at the highest quality, with a special focus on hygiene and work processes
Support your team: You actively engage with your employees, support their professional development, and conduct regular qualification and development discussions
Interdisciplinary collaboration: You work closely with the attending physicians, the OR team, and other department heads to ensure the best possible care for patients
Optimization of processes: You cooperate closely with the management of the wards to continuously improve organizational processes and further develop the area

Experience: You bring solid knowledge in the medical-technical nursing field of an acute hospital
Leadership skills: You are an empathetic, assertive leader who motivates the team and supports them in daily work
