In this role, you will be a central contact point for our customers and support our sales processes with your organizational talent and communication skills.
Your tasks
- Answering and processing incoming customer inquiries
- Telephone and written advice and support for customers
- Creation, monitoring, and processing of customer orders
- Coordination of delivery dates
- Responsible for planning and controlling all logistical processes
- Maintaining the customer base via CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) & ERP programs (proAlpha/USE)
- Organizing and participating in lead management in CRM-MS
- Administrative support of sales consultants
- Receiving complaints and initiating necessary steps
- Support in office management
- Participation in projects
Your profile
- Completed commercial vocational training or comparable qualification
- Professional experience in internal sales or a comparable position
- Quick comprehension and enjoyment of communication with customers
- Confident handling of MS Office applications, knowledge of MS Dynamics and proAlpha, USE (ERP) is an advantage
- Understanding of sales and business management contexts
- Committed, goal-oriented, and conscientious work with a high sense of responsibility
- Excellent communication skills
- Good organizational and time management skills with pronounced and proven decision-making competence
- Very good German and good English skills in spoken and written form, additional languages are an advantage
