Founded in 2021, Swissroc Asset Management SA is a subsidiary of the Swissroc Group offering investment, asset management and advisory solutions on the Swiss real estate market for private and institutional clients.
The offer of Swissroc Asset Management SA is structured around three main axes:
Investment solutions (thematic products and vehicles, syndication strategies, transaction)
Real estate asset management
Real estate advisory (in structuring and capital markets).
To date, Swissroc Asset Management SA manages more than CHF 500M in assets, allowing to enhance a portfolio exceeding CHF 1B in the medium term.
As part of the development of activities, we are looking for an Asset Management Analyst to complete our team and take on new real estate challenges together!
What's on the agenda? Managing real estate investments (Management and Development) with the Swissroc Asset Management SA team.
More concretely, your main missions will be as follows:
Market analysis, strategic and competitive monitoring
Valuations, due diligence and analysis of real estate assets or portfolios
Daily operational management of real estate assets (rental, administrative and technical follow-up)
Financial modeling of real estate projects (DCF, sensitivity analyses) and regular monitoring of budgets and key performance indicators
Project structuring, particularly in the context of acquisition and sale
Support in the development of valuation/development strategies
Coordination with internal/external stakeholders
Preparation of presentations and report writing for investors and partners
Administrative support and database management
With whom? Internally, the Analyst will collaborate with the Investment Manager as well as the rest of the current Swissroc Asset Management team composed of 7 people, including a Branch Director and an Investment Manager.
