Role description
- Actively participate in the evaluation and ensure the therapeutic project is implemented
- Ensure smooth information flow and guarantee quality reception of outpatients
- Manage crisis situations
- Be proactive in improving quality and efficiency of care processes
- Know how to work in a team and network

Your profile
- Experience in mental health, somatic care, and emergency management
- Strong interest in pediatric, adult, and psychogeriatric psychiatry
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Ability to assess complex situations
- Sense of responsibility, autonomy, and initiative-taking abilities
- Native language: French and/or German with very good knowledge of the other language to ensure consultation in both languages
Required documents
- Bachelor in Nursing or equivalent qualification (Nursing diploma recognized by the Swiss Red Cross)
- Holder of the right to practice in the Canton of Bern
