These positions are open for our congress kitchen and the fine dining restaurant Extrablatt. We offer an employment relationship in a great team in the Swiss mountains. The Davos Congress Center is the venue for the World Economic Forum and many other major events throughout the year.
Your tasks:
Independent production of fine desserts, pastries, and pralines
Creative further development of our dessert offerings
Organization and management of the pâtisserie team
Ensuring high quality standards and presentation
Your profile:
Completed training as a confectioner/pastry chef
Several years of experience in upscale gastronomy or hotel industry
Creativity, passion for fine baking art, and teamwork skills
Independent, structured way of working
