The High Court of the Canton of Zurich is on the one hand an appellate court in civil and criminal matters and also includes the Commercial Court. On the other hand, it is responsible for the independent judicial administration of the Zurich civil and criminal courts as well as for the notarial system.
The Commercial Court is responsible for commercial law claims, disputes arising from the law of commercial companies and cooperatives, claims related to intellectual property and the use of a company name, as well as disputes concerning unfair competition and antitrust law. For the Commercial Court, we are looking for a court clerk immediately or by agreement (initially limited to twelve months).

Tasks
The main task of the court clerks at the Commercial Court is the handling of extensive civil proceedings and participation in settlement negotiations.
Requirements
The most important prerequisites for this interesting and demanding activity are very good legal knowledge and at least two years of court experience. Furthermore, independence, resilience, team spirit, and enjoyment of written work characterize your profile. Applicants with a lawyer's license will be preferred.
