Your Impact
- Driving transformation and digitalization in Switzerland
- Shaping digitalization in the financial sector and public institutions and government-related enterprises
- You work side by side with our clients and help them successfully complete their projects
- Carrying out long-term projects and building close customer relationships
- Creating project results: This includes preparing review and recommendation reports as well as implementation roadmaps. Our established methods and experience are used in this process
- Participating in client workshops and meetings: Contributing to or taking responsibility for the deliverables of these workshops and meetings
Your Skill Set
- Academic background and at least 8 to 10 years of professional experience as a consultant are required.
- Experience in the financial sector or in public institutions and government-related enterprises
- You have extensive experience in program management
- HERMES and other specialized certifications are an advantage, ideally also in agile approaches (SCRUM, SAFe), IT architecture (TOGAF) or others (IREB, PMI etc.)
- You speak German (or Swiss German) and English (corporate language). French is an advantage
- Willingness to travel within Switzerland on a day-to-day basis
