Job Description
Your tasks:
- Professional care and support of our patients from various specialties, taking into account individual needs and the latest nursing science findings
- Ensuring and continuously developing the entire nursing process to guarantee high-quality nursing care
- Cross-departmental work in interdisciplinary teams, especially in the recovery room, IMC (Intermediate Care), day clinic, and emergency admissions
- Active participation in the clinic's resuscitation team, including ensuring structured emergency care
- Taking over the Management of Duty, including organization and coordination in emergencies as well as effective patient room management
- Monitoring ward telemetry and interpreting vital parameters to detect critical conditions early
Qualifications
- Training as a certified nurse HF/FH and at least 2 years of professional experience
- Further training NDS Intensive Care for adults
- An independent, competent personality willing to take responsibility, cooperate in the team, and support it professionally
- Ability to apply professional, social, and self-competence situationally
- Quick comprehension in everyday professional life
