Your team
The Corporate Functions division brings together the non-banking activities of the Pictet group and has more than 600 employees. Managed by specialists who have a thorough understanding of all business lines, the central functions are divided into various departments: Internal Audit, Communication, Compliance, Corporate Office, Finance, Tax, Legal, Human Resources, Risk, and Information Security.
Equipped with solid skills and top-notch experience, you will evolve in a dynamic team within the Group Information Security department, where you will have a reference role for the entire Pictet group in the field of anticipating and managing risks related to information security and cybersecurity.
Your role
• Conduct risk studies and analyses in the fields of cybersecurity, data protection, and compliance with standards and regulations.
• Act as a security expert in the Group's strategic projects.
• Support the secure implementation of cloud solutions (SaaS, IaaS, M365, AI).
• Lead security tests and conduct investigations in case of incidents or specific needs.
• Develop and run awareness programs to strengthen the cyber culture among employees and clients.
• Evolve the internal directive framework and ensure its application within the Group.
• Ensure active monitoring of cyber threats, anticipate new technological challenges (e.g., AI, Quantum, Cloud, supply chain) and propose appropriate measures.
Your profile
• University degree, EPF or equivalent training; CISM, CISSP certifications: a plus.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in similar roles, ideally in an international, financial environment or within a consulting firm.
• Mastery of information systems architectures, security issues, and emerging technologies.
• Knowledge of legal and regulatory provisions applicable to information systems.
• Excellent communication skills, analytical and initiative spirit.
• Proficiency in French and English.
• Residence in Switzerland required.
